    Ruby Valley Ganesh Kunda Lake Trek is one of the newest trekking routes that offer a large range of cultural and natural variations from the very begging of the journey to the end. The trek starts from Dundure with a scenic drive by local bus and jeep from Kathmandu as the route takes you to the beautiful Tamang villages of Jharlang, Borang, and Lapa from Lapa you will trek towards Khading which is the largest Gurung village of the region. The village offers a unique traditional culture of the Gurung community as well as the scenery of nature. 

    For the 3 days of the initial part of this trek is a kind of homestay route then after the village of Khading the trek will be camping for a few days up in the mountain. 

    This trek has recently been launched to promote the eco-tourism and diverse culture and nature of the off-beaten trek.

    The Ruby Valley Gosaikunda Lake trek starts from Kathmandu with a scenic drive to Dundure (7 hrs approximately). The trek starts from Dundure through the fascinating villages of Tamang and Gurung communities with the awe-inspiring views of the mountain sceneries.

    Likewise, this trek is halfway for a homestay, and a half trek is camping. However, the camping trek starts from the next day of Khading stayed. The camping trek would be for the 3 days. Nonetheless, this trek is one of the exciting combination journeys of the camping and homestay trek towards the beautiful mountain region of Nepal.

    Health and Fitness requirement

We mainly concern your physical fitness to complete the journey.  The everyday trek prefers 4/5 hours in daylight. As you hiking up to the high altitude than you have to prepared by physically and mentally to be succeeding the trip, our provision is making your trip reliable and remarkable without any problems in every step to steps with your wealth health. Our first priority is safety for your entire trip. you Should convenience yourself to take some pre-training course of the trek which could be greatly helped you, considering some physical exercise like jogging, running, climb stair-case, cycling, swimming and hitting the gym etc.

    Passport and Visa

    Every client must have a veiled passport from return date with at 6-month prior validity in Nepalese consulate in your country or immigration office Tribhuvan airport in Kathmandu.

    Meals and Drinking Water

    In popular trekking areas like Annapurna, Everest, Langtang, and Manaslu have a menu system with different ethnic cuisines foods as well as western meals you can see on the Menu, you could pick up any kinds of the meal as you like to eat from the menu. But some places provide you typical Nepali meals which are different types of international meals. These are prepared by the local supplement. Every tourist Lodge has a well-trained cook basically attention for clean, hygienic, fresh, and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates; a variety of pieces of bread, a variety of drinks, and every lodge have safe drinking water or mineral bottles of water you could buy there. If you buy a water purification tablet from Kathmandu you can take water from the tap and purify by yourself this will be cheaper and controlled by plastic pollution as well.

    Best Season

    The best season is in spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) these months are the best time for this trip. The weather will be sunny and warm with an outstanding scenery view. If you wish to avoid crowds this trip during winter (Dec., Jan. and Feb.) could also be the best option.
