Trekking in the Himalayas is an amazing adventure experience of a lifetime, for multiple days of trekking, we obviously need a solid diet and hygienic foods to keep us strong and energized. As we trek in the mountain our body obviously needs a good level of dieting foods like protein and carbohydrates to maintain our fitness level for the trekking.

However, the meal on this trek is very handy but it might be slightly different in size/taste than it is in city areas.
