Annapurna Circuit Trekking is one of the rewarding trekking trails for adventure enthusiasts in the world. Annapurna Circuit Trekking takes you to one of the highest passes in the world, Throng La Pass (5416 m) and simultaneously offers a grand view of snow-fed mountain giants. The wilderness and the thrills the trekkers experience throughout this trekking trail is, absolutely, awesome. Annapurna Circuit trekking commences from Besisahar after 8-9 hours drive from Kathmandu. Then the trail ascends along Marshyangdi River and concludes in Kali Gandaki Gorge. The trail passes through a beautiful terraced paddy field, numerous natural waterfalls, subtropical forest, gigantic cliffs and various traditional settlements. A variety of ethnic groups and their way of life amaze the trekkers in this trekking.  The trekking also takes you to one of the highest passes of the world, Thorangla pass (5416) which offers both thrills of adventure and spectacular views of mountains. The grandest mountain views in Annapurna Circuit Trekking are Annapurna Massif (Annapurna I-IV), MachhapuchhrePisang Peak, Gangapurna, Dhaulagiri,  Manaslu, and Paungda Danda. Numerous other peaks of 6000-8000 m in elevation rise from the Annapurna range.

Detail Itineraries

  • Day 01:Arrival in Kathamdu 1350m/4428ft. upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International airport. You'll be received by our official representative, then transfer to hotel, overnight at hotel.
  • Day 02:Kathamandu valley Sightseeing.Today is a day of exploring the Heritage and Cultural site of Kathmandu valley. Our guide will take you around the Kathmandu valley, Overnight at hotel.
  • Day 03:Drive from Kathmandu to Besishar 800m/2755ft- 7hrs by about 176km from Kathmandu to Besishar. 6/7 hrs scenic drive through Trishuli and Marsyangdi however, the bus will be stopping on the way for the lunch and toilets, it’s a day that we could explore some point in Besishar and prepare for the next day trip to Chame. Overnight at Hotel

  • Day 04:Day 04: Drive to Chame (2670m- 5 hrs) by jeep. Drive to Chame, we will take a jeep from Besishar to Chame, today’s our drive follows Marsyangdhi valley crossing few topical mountain villages and worth green valley. Its outstanding view on the backdrop with Majestic Mountain views and follows gently up on the bumpy road.

  • Day 05:Trek to Pissang 3310m/10856ft- 4/5hrs. This day trek starts and passing through the local villages, beautiful ancient many walls, lush green pine forest with the massive ravine on both sides. You will get the view of Lamjung Himal on the vertical slope. Trekking on you arrive at the Apple garden at Bratang, You then cross the river and climb uphill where you view the awesome the Himalayas- Annapurna II, Pissang. You will have lunch here right under the magnificent view of natures natural beauty. After lunch, you will trek for about an hour to reach Pisang. Village reaching the Pisang, You can do a short trek to Upper Pisang for sunset view and the beautiful Tibetan Monastery, Overnight at lodge.

  • Day 06:Trek to Manang 3450m/11316ft- 5/6hrs.Today you will leave the greeneries behind as you trek along uphill with more scenic and magnificent views. After crossing the river you will climb switch-back up to Gyaru, where you will get the massive Mountain views down the valley. The trek follows continues with more scenic views until you reach the typical Tibetan style village Ngawal. After lunch descending and level walk brings you to Munji. From here it’s an easy hour walk through to the village Manang.Overnight at lodge.

  • Day 07:Acclimatize DayToday we have Acclimatization day in Manang. Depending on your interest we decide on what you really want to do... an easy and short hike. After Crossing the river and walking uphill overlooking the beautiful Gangapurna Glacier lake, climbing further up to the viewpoint at the ridge where you see the Gangapurna glacier and the picturesque Manang village. This trip will take 3/4 hrs round trip to breathtaking areas.You climb up through the buckwheat cultivation on the rough trail to the small monastery, reaching the top. From here you get a superb view of the Annapurna range, Tilicho peak, Gangapurna with Manang valley. You then descend to Manang, Overnight at lodge.

  • Day 08:Trek to Siri Kharka 40650m/13,325ft - 4/ 5 hrs.Service Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Lodge(B+L+D)
  • Day 09:Trek to Tilicho Base Camp 4140m/13,583ft - 5/6 hrs
  • Day 10:Visit Tilicho Lake 4,950m/16,120 ft then back to Siri Kharka: 4/5 hours
  • Day 11:Trek to Yak kharka 4040m/13,020ft: 4/5 hrs
  • Day 12:Trek to Thorang Phedi 4420m/14501 ft - 3/4 hrs. Today you will see the awesome sunshine view from the way over the Legendary Himalaya's. The trail goes gradually up onto Through Phedi, the yak pasture to Ledar and continuing on the level trail on the scrub, crossing the river and then you will reach as Phedi, Overnight at lodge.

  • Day 13: Trek to Thorong La pass 5416 m/17764 ft to Muktinath 3,800/12,467 ft - 7 /8 hrsToday is the long day and tough day in our journey. Trek starts very early in the morning. The trail is much uphill, climbing up passing the first tea shop, continuing on rough ground or on the snow-covered ground all the way to top (5416m). At the top, there is Buddhist flag and tea shop where you will get hot drinks. Walking 20m further up you will see the frozen ice lake at bottom of the Through peak. From here the trail descends steeply down 4hrs with a magnificent view of Mt. Dhaulagiri and other mountains with Kaligandaki valley to Muktinath, where you can visit the Vishnu temple, monastery108 water tap and natural burning gas, Overnight at lodge.
  • Day 14:Drive from Muktinath to Tatopani 1,200m/3937 ft - 6/7 hrs
  • Day 15:Trekto Ghorepani 2,850m/9,350ft - 6/78 hrs
  • Day 16:Trek to Trek to Nayapul 5 hrs then 1 hour drive to Pokhara
  • Day 17:Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu 7/8 hrs by bus A scenic drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu will take 7hrs or in optional you will fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu. At Kathmandu, you will have free time for shopping souvenirs for family and friends, overnight at hotel.

Health and Fitness requirement

Annapurna circuit trek is a moderate and challenging trekking destination for every trekker who loves to enjoy and explore the beautiful landscape on this planet. This trek basically starts from low land to high land as you are hiking in these areas than you have to fit yourself. We mainly concern your physical fitness to complete the journey.  The everyday trek prefers 4/5 hours in daylight. As you hiking up to the high altitude than you have to prepared by physically and mentality to be succeeding the trip, our provision is making your trip reliable and remarkable without any problems in every step to steps with your wealth health. Our first priority is safety for your entire trip. you Should convenience yourself to take some pre-training course of the trek which could be greatly helped you, considering some physical exercise like jogging, running, climb stair-case, cycling, swimming and hitting gym etc.

Accommodation in Kathmandu, you would be staying in best hotel basically on 3 stars, in twin-sharing basis. But Accommodations in trekking  is simple and comfortable beds room with sharing two persons sometime  if you are single you get single bedroom as well with hygienic food, Every trekking routes have fixed menu and hotel system by local management community at in area

Passport and Visa

Every client must have a veiled passport from return date with at 6-month prior validity in Nepalese consulate in your country or immigration office Tribhuvan airport in Kathmandu.

Meals and Drinking Water

In popular trekking areas like Annapurna, Everest, Langtang, and Manaslu have the menu system with different ethnic cuisines foods as well as western meals you can see on the Menu, you could pick up any kinds of a meal as you like to eat from the Menu. But some places provide you typical Nepali meals which are different types of international meals. These are prepared by a local supplement. Every tourist Lodge has well-trained cook basically attention for clean, hygienic, fresh and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates; the variety of pieces of bread, variety of drinks, and every lodge have safe drinking water or minerals bottles of water you could buy there. If you buy water purification tablet from Kathmandu you can take water from a tap and purify by yourself this will be cheaper and controlled by plastic pollution as well.

Lower Body-Legs. 

a. 1Pair nylon hiking short paints, 1Pair cotton paints.
b. 1Pair soft shell pants – synthetic, full zip from top and bottom preferable.

a. 2Pair of loner socks, synthetic, 1Pairs woolen socks wearing on an evening and 1Pair light sports shoe.

b. Imodium or Pepto Bismo capsules for upset stomach or diarrhea. 
c. Diamox for altitude sickness. A guide will help you to take it.
d. 1Small personal sized first-aid kit with blister treatments such as moleskin, bands, Anti-infection ointments, etc. First Aid Kits. 
e. Alpine Ramble will provide you more medical for the trip.

Best Season

Best season is in spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) these months are the best time for this trip. The weather will be sunny and warm with outstanding scenery view. If you wish to avoid crowds this trip during in winter (Dec., Jan. and Feb.) could also be the best options.
