“Venturing into one of the diversified natural blessings befriending with breathtaking mountain panorama, Annapurna Massif, is an excellent opportunity for hiking enthusiasts”

Annapurna Base Camp trekking is well known as the second most popular trekking destination of Nepal after Everest Base Camp. Annapurna Base Camp Trekking takes you to one of the astonishing Himalayan kingdoms where one can experience a country culture and most important naturally blessed highlights including natural waterfalls, awe-inspiring landscapes, traditional settlements, flora and fauna and breath-taking mountain panorama. The entire Annapurna mountain range is just mesmerizing during trekking in this trail. The trek commences from Pokhara valley after you drive or fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara, one of the astonishing touristic spots in entire Himalaya with marvelous views of Annapurna Himalaya. Among them, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) is the most dominant. Pokhara itself offers some of the major insights of trekking in this region. The serene city with tranquil lakes falls and some religious and cultural sites are popular in Pokhara.

Annapurna Sanctuary is, sometimes, synonymous with Annapurna Base Camp Trekking. One of the major highlights of Annapurna Base Camp trekking is Annapurna Conservation Area and its diverse wildlife. This conservation area is the largest conservation area in the world. The high pasture lands and landscapes, waterfalls and traditional settlements are also predominantly popular in this region.

After a short drive to the beginning stage of trekking and afterward hiking from the warm territories with a moderate move towards mid slopes through a few conventional Gurung clans' homestead towns with consistent excellent views of Annapurna Mountains with magnificent Mt. Machapuchare (Fish Tail). The trail goes through the country ranches and towns, an assortment of landscape and too icy masses. It is more particular than some other treks through its multi-ethnic towns, their rich culture, lovely scenes of diverse natural thrills. It is a decent choice for hiking enthusiasts for close experiences with the Himalayas in a brief timeframe. This is absolutely rewarding amongst the most famous and giant trekking trails in Nepal. The Annapurna Base Camp is located at 4320m offers, probably, the most splendid view of entire Annapurna massif.

With stunning and magnificent time at Annapurna Base Camp, the trail gradually descends down along the same trail. Actually, while descending down, you really don’t seem ready to say bye-bye to these landscapes, settlements and mountain views in the skyline. While descending down, Jhino Danda where you can enjoy natural hot spring will be another different flavor of this trekking.

Water Meals and Drinking

The Annapurna base camp trek route has numerous tea houses along the way and every single tea houses has the menu system with different ethnic cuisines foods as well as western meals on the Menu; you could pick up any kinds of a meal as you like to have during the trek, we would highly recommend the vegetable items instead of Meat because meat in the mountain can be effected some time because it may not be used to it for the new travelers in this region. But some places provide you typical Nepali meals which are different types of international meals. These are prepared by the local supplement. Every tourist Lodge has well-trained cook basically attention for clean, hygienic, fresh and nice testy foods. The variety of drinks and every lodge have safe drinking water or minerals bottles of water you could buy. The water you could buy everywhere in Annapurna region at the reasonable price but the price would go high when you go to high altitude areas. We also recommend you to buy boiled water instead of cold which keeps your body warm.
