Nar-Phu Valley Trek is one the best and challenging trekking route of Annapurna region, this trek offers a fascinating and beautiful landscape of Anapurna Himal. It opened in 2002, The Narphu valley will lead us to along the remote and exotic Tibetan villages of Nepal, where is highly basting Tibetan community and nice culture. Detail Itineraries

  • Day 01:Arrival in Kathamdu 1350m/4428ft. upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International airport. You'll be received by our official representative, then transfer to hotel, overnight at hotel.
  • Day 02:Kathamandu valley Sightseeing.Today is a day of explore the Heritage and Cultural site of Kathamndu valley. Our guide will take you around the Kathamndu valley,Overnight at hotel.
  • Day 03:Drive to Kathmandu/Syange 840m/2755ft- 7hrs by Bus.The bus will depart in an early morning around 6am. It’s an interesting and breath taking drive through Prithivi Highway passing cultivated greeneries, we will see the one of the popular river of Nepal I call Trishuli river where people do rafting, continuing and along the Marshyandi river as well and paddy farms to Beshisahar. From here you can either walk or take a short bus ride to Bulbule, depending on the weather, overnight at lodge.

  • Day 04:Trek to Taal (2130m), 5 hrs walk.Today morning our journey bargains after delicious mountain breakfast at hotel, after having sunrise breakfast then we start our path, the trails will be following the steep ascend to the surface to the villages with Jagat, Chamje. Than this place provides us an excellent view with waterfall, crossing the Jagat we will across few suspension bridges. We continue ascend to through the forest and unbroken trail leads us finally up to Taal, overnight at Lodge

  • Day 05:Taal to Koto manang, 6/7 hrs walk.Taal is a center place for both districts Lamjung and Manang which is border of these districts, today trek lead us along the river and through the beautiful grass lands and local villages on the way and we cross some suspension bridges, after crossing suspension bridges the trail goes gradually simply up and finally we enter to Dharapani. The trek toward to Koto provides us stunning scenery and awesome mountains view, after Dharapani trail will goes through the dense forest for short hour to Koto, Koto is a small but nice village of Gururng settlement and, as we each there we have a short rest at our lodge and go to explore the local community and enjoy the scenery, overnight at lodge

  • Day 06:Koto to Dharmasala 5/6 hrs walks.We begin our trekking continue onwards after having beautiful breakfast at our lodge, today we try to start earlier in the morning because the way is little bit tough with a long distance to travel ahead. We will cross a river of Narphu valley and then our pleasant hike up to Phu khola through the beautiful forests. From here we are walking on Nar phu valley, this route goes continue to Dharamasala, overnight at lodge at Dharmasala after walking 6 hours.

  • Day 07:Dharmasala to Kayang 5 hrs walk.Our trek begins from Dharmasala to Kayang; today journey provide us awesome panoramic Mountain View, walking through local villages and climbing steep up to the valley to the height of 3200m makes our trip memorable. We will pass through the beautiful pass of Meta and Nar. We believe a perfect morning walk this will be more pleasant and loveliest walks in the Himalayas. We can get the crystal clear vision of great ranges of mountains all around us through our naked eyes. The trail will continue lead us to Kayang after 6 to 7 hours walking, overnight at lodge.

  • Day 08:Kayang to Phu village 5/6 hrs walk.From Kayang, the trail goes steeply to the river side we walk along the river and narrow path for while being careful ourselves for this risky path. Crossing these steps we are going to pass a unique and colorful chortens along the way which Nar and Phu is popular. We have to cross a suspension bridge to enter into the Phu valley. Ae we reach at Phu we make sure our camp and stay overnight there at lodge.

  • Day 09:Phu valley rest da.Todaday we have relax day at Phu and we go to little hike to exploring Phu valley and around the village. We can interact with the local people who are loyal and helpful to the visitors. We might see the summer grazing land at Ngoro. We visit to community areas and make a relax work for today.

  • Day 10:Trek to Junam 4/5 hrs walk.After having a rest day at Phu valley, we will get back in to the Phu gate, today we are descending to Junam Kharka , the trails towards makes us easier and enjoyable following the river. Today we will be delighted to set up our camp at Junam which is one of the best view points to see beautiful scenery and suitable place for camping.

  • Day 11:Trek from Junam to Nar 5 hrs walk.From today we are following the trail down to old bridge through the narrow gorge all the way back up again. Today trek will gives us amazing scenery and that we get from here is stunning. We walk through the bamboo topped and many walls with chortens to Nar gates. Overnight we stay here.

  • Day 12:Explore at Nar Village.Today we have very exciting day by exploring around the Nar valley. We see glorious view of beautiful Gompa at Nar. This day is perfectly cool for exploring and resting for tourist.

  • Day 13:Trek from Nar to Ngwal village 5/6 hrs walk.Today our journey starts from Nar to Ngwal, after delicious mountain breakfast we will move towards the Ngwal through the Kangla pass. The Kangla pass is situated at the height of 5240m. Top of these we see perfect panoramic Mountain View. The Ngwal is very popularity for local community and their rich traditional this village is a wonderful village with perfect history,

  • Day 14:Trek from Ngwal to ManangOnce we enjoy breakfast in the lodge we will start be descending towards Manang village following two typical Gurung villages Paugba and Bhraga along the way. Today walk will be an easy and relaxing. Manang is district headquarter of Manang district, it is a probably the most amazing and very popular valley in the first part of Annapurna Circuit trail. This place have more than hundreds local houses and many tourists lodges are being built, this is very popular for Tibetan market and Tibetan materials, many Tibetan traders come to trade here, It's a big village with several lodges built for the good accommodations for trekkers,

  • Day 15:Trek to Yak kharka 4050m13284ft- 4hrs.Today trek goes gradual up through the Manang village passing the chorten, many walls, stupa crossing on the beautiful mountains views. Along the trail you will encounter wild animal blue sheep, pleasant and yak and the trail offers magnificent view of Himalayas Mountain. After lunch you trek uphill for few hundred meter head, overnight at lodge.

  • Day 16:Trek to Throung phedi 4550m/12910ft.4hrs. Today you will see awesome sunshine view from the way over the Legendary Himalaya's. The trail goes gradual up onto Throung phedi, the yak pasture to Ledar and continuing on the level trail on the scrub, crossing the river and then you will reach as Phedi,Overnight at lodge.

  • Day 17:Trek to Throng La 5416m/17764ft – Muktinath 3800m/12465ft- 9hrs. Today is long day and tough day in our journey. Trek starts very early in the morning. The trail is much uphill, climbing up passing the first tea shop, continuing on rough ground or on snow covered ground all the way to top (5416m). At the top there is Buddhist flag and tea shop where you will get hot drinks. Walking 20m further up you will see the frozen ice lake at bottom of the Throung peak. From here the trail descends steep down 4hrs with magnificent view of Mt. Dhaulagir and other mountains with Kaligandaki valley to Muktinath, where you can visit the vishnu temple, monastery108 water tap and natural burning gas, Overnight at lodge.

  • Day 18:Trek to Jomsom 2760m- 5hrs. The trail descends through the Kagbeni village then it’s a gradual flat land along the river side to Jomsom with scenic view of Dhaulagiri,Nilgiri and Annapurna range mountain views. The place provides awesome and magnificent view and mani walls along the way.

  • Day 19:Early morning flight to Pokhara (820 m.)We say goodbye to Mustang today and will have an early morning flight back through the Kali Gandaki Valley’s southern section. The scenic flight returns us to Pokhara. Then take a day of exploration of Pokhara. The rest of the day is yours to explore the city and perhaps go souvenir shopping or just relax in the tourist haven, overnight at Hotel near Lakeside.

  • Day 20:Pokhara – Kathmandu 7hrs by drive or 30minute flight.A scenic drive from Pokhara to Kathamndu will takes between 7/8hrs or in optional you will fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu. At Kathamndu you will have free time for shopping souvenirs for family and friend.

Nar Phu valley trek is moderate and challenging trekking destination for every trekker who loves to enjoy and explore the beautiful landscape on this planet. This trek basically starts from low land to high land as you are hiking in these areas than you have to fit yourself. We mainly concern your physical fitness to complete the journey.  The everyday trek prefers 4/5 hours in daylight. As you hiking up to the high altitude than you have to prepared by physically and mentality to be succeeding the trip, our provision is making your trip reliable and remarkable without any problems in every step to steps with your wealth health. In popular trekking areas like Annapurna, Everest, Langtang, and Manaslu have the menu system with different ethnic cuisines foods as well as western meals you can see on the Menu, you could pick up any kinds of a meal as you like to eat from the Menu. But some places provide you typical Nepali meals which are different types of international meals. These are prepared by the local supplement. Every tourist Lodge has well-trained cook basically attention for clean, hygienic, fresh and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates; a variety of pieces of bread, variety of drinks, and every lodge have safe drinking water or minerals bottles of water you could buy there. If you buy water purification tablet from Kathmandu you can take water from a tap and purify by yourself this will be cheaper and controlled by plastic pollution as well.
