The Island Peak 12-day short Itinerary is one of the shortest options to be part of this amazing trekking peak climbing in the Everest (Khumbu) region of Nepal. This climbing is a non-technical climb that one can experience with a reasonable fit and a strong determination to climb matters.

Our itinerary includes two extra days for the acclimatization of either place in Namche and Island peak base camp as a normal Island peak itinerary. Although we exclude the Heritages or city valley sightseeing in Kathmandu, it can certainly be made at request based on your available time.

On this guided Island Peak climb- 12 12-day itinerary, we will provide all the food and accommodations in the mountains along with a round-trip flight to and from Lukla, experienced climbing and trekking guides, trekking permits, local porter, etc.

Our 12 Days Island peak climb Itinerary is completely customizable based on group interests and requirements. Remember, we organize this tour only in the spring (March- June) and autumn (September- December) seasons of the year. We do not take the risk of climbing for the other seasons like winter and monsoon since there are a few chances of a success rate also in terms of safety.

Climbing Island Peak during the Spring and Autumn seasons is absolutely the best time of the year with the perfect weather. All travelers in this season can enjoy the most spectacular clear views of the Himalayas, including the world's greatest and tallest peaks. Likewise, the unique sherpa tradition and lifestyle in the mountain can be explored throughout the trip.

The Island Peak climb journey starts in Kathmandu on the next day of your arrival in Kathmandu; you will enjoy a thrilling short flight to Lukla that takes somewhere between 30-35 minutes; from Lukla, a trek starts towards Chhukung and Island Peak base camp before approaching of climbing.

A few day's hikes from Lukla take you to the beautiful villages of the Phakding, Namche Bazar, Tengboche, Pangboche, Dingboche, and Chhukung, exploring the different lifestyles of the locals, cheesing local meals, and interacting with locals while trekking through these most exciting villages of the Himalayas are other highlights of the trip.
