The Kathmandu Nagarkot day Hike is one of the best short hikes for travelers who want to enjoy a brilliant walk in the outskirts of the valley. Our crew (guide and car driver) will come to the Hotel around 4 am in the morning and take us to Nagarkot which will be for around 2 hours drive by private car, Nagarkot Hill (2174m) is one of the most popular hill stations to view the glorious sunrise view of Himalayas as well as its spectacular landscape. It’s situated 32 km east of Kathmandu at an altitude of 2174m above sea level.
After enjoying the view from Nagarkot Hill then we will be walking downhill through the beautiful typical local villages while passing the pine forests, and terraced fields on the way to Changunarayan temple then after our delightful visit to Chagunarayan, our driver will take us on a drive back to Kathmandu in the evening for shopping and explore the tourist hub Thamel and a nice dinner with typical Nepali cultural dances performances.
