  • Day 04: Trek to Gatlang Village 2430m-5hrs.
  • Day 05: trek to Somdang 3210m-5hrs.
  • Day 06: Pass the Passang dada (3815m) and trek to Tipling.
  • Day 07: Trek to Neber gaun 2220m-5hrs.
  • Day 08: Trek to Lapchet 1830m-4hrs.

Detail Itineraries

  • Day 01:Arrival at Kathmandu 1350m/4428ft. Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International airport, you’ll be received by our official representative then transfer to hotel.
  • Day 02:Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing.
 today is a day to explore the beautiful Kathmandu valley. Our tour guide will take into the Kathmandu valley for sightseeing. Where you will visit: Pashupatinath Temple, Bauddhanath Stupa and Bhaktapur Durbar-square, Overnight at Hotel.
  • Day 03:Drive to Syabrubesi 1470m-6 hrs by bus. Today we have the scenic drive to Syabrubesi, the bus passes through the epic villages and sights of the snowy mountains on clear days. The initial section of the drive is relatively pleasant to Trishuli bazaar, and short ascends to Dunche and slowly dropping down to Syabrubesi, as you reach the Syabrubesi there, you are having fresh mountain air and feeling so much awesome for upwards, overnight at lodge.
  • Day 04:Trek to Gatlang Village 2430m-5hrs. After having the morning breakfast trek start towards chapter, we will take lunch on the way, after lunch path goes to flat on to Gatlang Village the Tamang settlement, overnight at lodge.
  • Day 05:trek to Somdang 3210m-5hrs. Today trek towards Yuri kharka passing through the pine and rhododendron forest, we will have lunch at Kharka and we continue towards Khurpu Banjyang (3570m) passing the hill we descend down to Somdang village, overnight at lodge.
  • Day 06:Pass the Passang dada (3815m) and trek to Tipling. Today we start early in the morning after breakfast, trails passing through the pine and rhododendron forest as we reach Pangsang this is one of the greatest viewpoints from here you see magnificent Ganesh Himal range, Langtang range, and Manaslu view then we descend village of Tipping the Tamang community inhabit the village and mixed religions can be interesting, overnight at lodge.
  • Day 07:Trek to Neber gaun 2220m-5hrs. We descend through the villages and cross the bridge then we ascend to Number again. We have a scenic view on the way and beautiful landscape seeing Ganesh Himal more closely from Neber gain, this village is Tamang settlement it is Arughat to for Tamang traditional and cultural, overnight at the lodge.
  • Day 08:Trek to Lapchet 1830m-4hrs. We have the scenic walk through the hills we cross some stunning viewpoints and some suspension bridge and walk along the typical villages Richet, Kapur Gaun. After Pass, the Kapur gain then trails descend to the river and we cross a suspension bridge and start again 200m ascend to get Apache, overnight at Homestay.
  • Day 09:Trek to Khading 2020m-5hrrs. Today trek is one of the most important days, this trails start from little climb to flat land, after short ascend to next point there is really beautiful viewpoint where you can see panorama mountain view and green valley, as you cross the suspension bridge then trek will start to gently climb again for an hour climb, after that you are in Khading village, The Khading village is one of the most important towns forsee the Gurung culture and traditional, the community people will be warmly welcoming us to enter the village, and every night has a very interesting culture show program which is especially for the guests. And singing dancing in culture program makes us more memorable this trip,
  • Day 10:Trek to Dunchet 1500m-6hrs. Today we walk through the jungle firstly it will gently climb to Mangne goauth, it is one of the best views ever . from here you can magnificent Ganesh Himal view and Langtang Himal range, after this we descend to Duchess, this is a largest Tamang community village, very ethnic culture and rich traditional village ever, then time to explore the village in evening, overnight at lodge.
  • Day 11:Trek to Arughat 750m-4 hrs. Trek down to Arughat, passing through the many Tamang and Gurung community villages around then we will cross some suspension bridge to get the Arkhet Bazaar where we have a lunch and we process continue to Arughat, overnight at lodge.
  • Day 12:Drive to Kathmandu 6/7 hrs. We have the scenic drive to Kathmandu the road follows the Bhudi Gandaki river this river is one of the largest rivers in this area, after a beautiful drive from Arughat to Kathmandu, overnight at hotel.

Health and Fitness requirement

Mardi Himal treks are moderate trekking destination for every trekker who loves to enjoy and explore the beautiful landscape on this planet. This trek basically starts from low land to high land as you are hiking in these areas than you have to fit yourself. We mainly concern your physical fitness to complete the journey.  The everyday trek prefers 4/5 hours in daylight. As you hiking up to the high altitude than you have to prepared by physically and mentality to be succeeding the trip, our provision is making your trip reliable and remarkable without any problems in every step to steps with your wealth health. Our first priority is safety for your entire trip. you Should convenience yourself to take some pre-training course of the trek which could be greatly helped you, considering some physical exercise like jogging, running, climb stair-case, cycling, swimming and hitting gym etc.

Accommodation in Kathmandu, you would be staying in the best hotel basically on 3 stars, on a twin-sharing basis. But Accommodations in trekking  is simple and comfortable beds room with sharing two persons sometime  if you are single you get single bedroom as well with hygienic food, Every trekking routes have fixed menu and hotel system by local management community at in the area

Passport and Visa

Every client must have a veiled passport from return date with at 6-month prior validity in Nepalese consulate in your country or immigration office Tribhuvan airport in Kathmandu.

Meals and Drinking Water

In popular trekking areas like Annapurna, Everest, Langtang, and Manaslu have a menu system with different ethnic cuisines foods as well as western meals you can see on the Menu, you could pick up any kinds of a meal as you like to eat from the Menu. But some places provide you with typical Nepali meals which are different types of international meals. These are prepared by a local supplement. Every tourist Lodge has well-trained cook basically attention for clean, hygienic, fresh and nice testy foods. We can even enjoy hot chocolates; a variety of pieces of bread, a variety of drinks, and every lodge have safe drinking water or minerals bottles of water you could buy there. If you buy a water purification tablet from Kathmandu you can take water from the tap and purify by yourself this will be cheaper and controlled by plastic pollution as well.
